January
I prepare my ground for the plantations to come.
APRIL
I sow my spinach, radish, beets and strawberries in the ground.
FEBRUARY
I prepare my seedlings in a greenhouse.
MAY
I plant my squash, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant and melons. I clear up my fruit trees.
MARCH
I'm planting my first vegetable bulbs.
JUNE
I plant my summer salads, lamb's lettuce, escarole and frisée. I weed my vegetable garden.
JULY
I harvest my first tomatoes, beans, peas and fava beans. I cook my first jams with my harvest of raspberries, currants, blackcurrants...
OCTOBER
I harvest my apples, pears and walnuts. I install shelters to help insects and animals useful to the garden to spend the winter.
AUGUST
I harvest my melons, watermelons, strawberries and ratatouille vegetables (tomatoes, eggplants, peppers).
NOVEMBER
I'm harvesting my kiwis, persimmons and quinces (after the first frosts). I protect my winter lettuces, radishes and seedlings… with a winter veil.
SEPTEMBER
I harvest my squash, pumpkins and my grapes. I size my tomatoes to extend my harvest.
DECEMBER
I size my fruit trees. I taste my homemade jams and preserves. I feed my land with manure.
